We are honored you chose our team of specialists to be a part of your curl story.

If you need assistance with this form, please reach out by phone or text at your convenience (1-207-939-9788).

After successfully submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation. From there, a member of our team will contact you via email within three business days to start scheduling your custom, curl-by-curl cut.

Please note you will be asked to provide a credit card while scheduling your first time appointment. This expectation is similar to one you may find at a hotel or restaurant.

If you successfully completed this form before and scheduled a first time appointment with us, you do not need to do it again.

Please be aware at this time we are not able to schedule color or add-on services with new client appointments.

If you have a special request or accommodation of any sort, we strongly encourage you to reach out. We’ll do everything we can to exceed your needs. This includes but is not limited to virtual, sensory/quiet, and/or private appointments, outdoor services, personal shoppers, celebrations, and/or a translator.

We kindly require 24 business hours for all cancellations and/or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 business hours of your confirmed appointment, or you are a “no call, no show” for an appointment, a 100% scheduled service fee will be automatically charged to the card we have on file.

Please be aware if you are confirmed for a Tuesday, this means you must cancel or reschedule no later than the time of your appointment the Saturday before.
